SHIPPING POLICY

To our valued customers.

Order processing times are separate from shipping times.
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will notify you when your order has been prepared and shipped, either by phone, email, or text message.
In the event of possible delays from shipping companies or courier companies, we bear no responsibility once the package has been delivered to the cooperating shipping company or courier company for small packages.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs for small packages are calculated and displayed during the checkout process and before completing the purchase.

The costs for large packages DO NOT APPEAR automatically and must be communicated by phone or email. The main reason for this is due to the shipping agencies involved and each separate charge that exists from company to company. When there is transshipment (from carrier to carrier, there are extra costs for the customer.

Shipping charges are included below:

Small parcels Attica

Free pickup from our physical store and payment by cash or card, or Iris.
Delivery by ELTA Courier and payment of order by cash on delivery (charge +2.50€) or prepayment without cash on delivery costs.
Shipping charge with ELTA Courier €4.00 for parcels up to 2kg. Charge +1.5€ for each extra kilo. Maximum parcel dimensions up to 1.5m X 1.00m. Bulk rates apply for light and bulky parcels.
Delivery of goods to a locker near you with the company Box Now. Single charge of 3.5€ with prepayment. Cash on delivery via Box Now is not possible. Maximum parcel weight up to 20 kg. Maximum parcel value up to 400.00€. Maximum dimensions 62 x 45 x 36 cm.

Rest of Greece

Delivery by ELTA Courier and payment of order by cash on delivery (charge +2.50€) or prepayment.
Shipping fee with ELTA Courier €4.00 for parcels up to 2kg. Charge +1.5€ for each extra kilo.
If ELTA Courier’s DOOR-TO-DOOR service is not available in your area, then your order will be delivered to a post office near you.

Large packages

Attica

Free pickup in store and payment by cash, card or bank transfer.
Shipping fee 20.00€ – 30.00€ for nearby areas. (Nikaia, Renti, Moschato, Tavros, Korydallos, Keratsini, Ag. Varvara, Egaleo and Piraeus.
Transportation charges for other areas after telephone consultation with the driver.
Possibility of paying in cash to the driver upon delivery of the materials.

Rest of Greece

Cooperation with transport companies. Shipping fee 10.00€ to Athens agencies (Not Aspropyrgos)
The cost of charging for transportation from the agencies to the customer’s headquarters is borne by the customer himself.
Cash on delivery is not accepted for orders placed through provincial shipping companies.
Online prepayments with all cards and transfer via IBAN NUMBERS (Eurobank and Piraeus).
Payment via Internet banking for all banks with the award-winning Gateway of the company Vivawallet.

Pickup at the store

You can skip the shipping costs with free local pickup in store if you don’t want to be charged shipping costs if you are nearby!. After you place your order and select in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be ready the same or next day (subject to availability) in most cases. In-store pickup hours are from 08:45 – 15:45 daily except weekends.

Returns

In the event that your order is damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@monotikashop.gr with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We treat these on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
