RETURN POLICY - Monotika

Product returns and replacements

The Customer may return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, if the product is in the original packaging and has not been used.
Defective products are replaced in the event of an original manufacturing error.
You can return a product in its original packaging and as long as the packaging has not been altered.
Products with obvious signs of use are not accepted.
Installation products (e.g. glue, putty, etc.) are not returned, as are any product that has been modified/used.
The private customer undertakes to return the materials to our physical store or send them to us via courier.
For products that are characterized as made-to-order, that is, not immediately available from our store, returns are not accepted.
The products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents, namely the purchase receipt or purchase invoice.
The shipping costs for returning or replacing the product are borne by the customer.
Customers are required to return the products to our physical store along with the necessary supporting documents.
