Description

Novamix Dry Bright Waterborne Polyurethane Varnish 5ltr. Protective moisture varnish with polyurethane base suitable for pressed cement mortar, concrete, mortars and stone. Hybrid product in a 5ltr package resulting in a light satin color.

Very high resistance to rotting and in houses with humidity that are close to the seaside. It revives natural rocks and karysto slabs.

Application on vertical surfaces but also on floors with light traffic. The material is applied in 2 layers. The first layer is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:1 and the second without dilution.

The application surface must be clean, free of dust, grease, old coatings, loose elements, solid and dry with a residual moisture limit of < 4% w/w.

Novamix Dry Bright Waterborne Polyurethane Varnish 5ltr is applied by roller, brush or spray in two layers. The first layer is applied diluted with water in a ratio of 1:1 by volume. The second layer follows after the first has dried, approximately after 1 – 2 hours, depending on weather conditions.

Spraying is done with appropriate equipment from a distance of 25-30 cm from the surface, taking care that the material is absorbed until saturation. It is recommended that on vertical surfaces the application be done from top to bottom and that when applying outdoors the wind is not particularly strong.

Surfaces that have been waterproofed with DRY BRIGHT should be protected for at least 5 hours from rain and high temperatures.

Recommendations

• Avoid application in direct sunlight and/or strong wind as well as rain.
• Do not apply at substrate and ambient temperatures lower than +10°C and higher than +30°C.
• Do not apply on surfaces with humidity above 4%.
• On natural stones, it is recommended to perform a test application first.
• Between the two layers, it is recommended to carefully remove any adhering dust.
• It is recommended that the application be carried out by a professional user.
