Description

Liquid tile adhesive Novamix Novacol 37 D1TE 5kg white. Liquid adhesive ready for bonding ceramic tiles. Suitable for laying tiles on all common absorbent substrates as well as on plasterboards, vertical wood surfaces.

It is ideal for repairs. It is applied indoors. Consumption: 1-3 kg/m². Color: White.

• The ready-to-use paste tile adhesive NOVACOL 37 is suitable for:
  • welding of coatings such as:
    • ceramic tiles, absorbent and non-absorbent
    • glass mosaics
    • thermal and soundproofing panels
  • applications on horizontal surfaces such as:
    • interiors, showers, bathrooms, kitchens
    • normal traffic surfaces
      
  • placement on substrates such as:
    • concrete and cement mortars
    • plasterboards using a suitable primer
    • wooden structures.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Cementitious substrates must be solid, without cracks and free from dust, salts, grease and any other materials that could reduce the adhesion of NOVACOL 37 to them.

Concrete substrates should be prepared appropriately mechanically, e.g. by grinding, in order to achieve a uniform, open-pored surface without protruding points.

Very porous substrates such as aerated concrete, plasterboards, etc. must be primed with the acrylic primer NOVAPRIMER.
